Kinsella Chiropractic Welcomes
Hello! My name is Dr. Erin Hovey, the newest member to Kinsella Chiropractic Clinic. My mission to become a doctor started way back in high school where I was encouraged by my science teacher who always told me “you can do it, Erin!” and my grandmother who said she “needed her back more than her teeth”. Following high school my journey took me to University of North Dakota (Go Sioux!) where I received my undergraduate degree in biology. From there I attended Northwestern Health Sciences University and graduated a Doctor of Chiropractic in the fall of 2013.
After practicing in Minneapolis for a year I have returned to my hometown of Atwater, MN to serve the community that helped get me where I am today! My mission going forward is to provide Atwater and the surrounding area with a more natural approach to healthcare through chiropractic.
I strive to teach my patients the benefits of chiropractic in hopes that they can achieve a healthy, more functional life. I offer a variety of adjusting techniques including diversified, drop-piece, activator, and flexion-distraction technique. Other modalities that I use in my treatment include but are not limited to myofascial release, soft tissue mobilization, therapeutic exercise, kinesio-taping, and supplementation. I believe chiropractic is for all ages, and modify my treatments accordingly.
